What does $15,000 include?
One week of focused install work: discovery, build, connect, train, and handoff for the AI systems that matter most to your labor and revenue leaks. Exact tools depend on your business — phone, leads, CRM, reviews, site, and ops glue are the usual core.
Is this a monthly retainer?
No. The flagship is a fixed week. If you want ongoing help later, we can talk — it’s not required to start.
Will this replace my employees?
That’s not the pitch. The goal is to cut busywork and maximize the efficient people you already have — so payroll goes further and skilled staff stop drowning in repetitive tasks.
On-site or remote?
Either. Immersion works both ways when you give access and a point person. Many Chicago-area owners prefer on-site; nationwide clients often go remote-heavy with tight daily check-ins.
