What does $15,000 include?
Five days: Day 1 maps waste (first half); Days 2–5 build, connect, train live. Handoff inside the week. Phone, leads, CRM, reviews, site, ops glue as scoped. Full terms: agreement.
Client pays all travel on-site (including food). Not in the fee.
Is there a guarantee?

Do I pay travel if you’re on-site?
Yes. All of it — U.S. flights/mileage, hotels, food, rental, parking, tolls, site needs. Remote skips travel.
Is payment 100% up front? Card only?
Preferred: check, wire, or ACH on invoice (no fat card fees). Card via Stripe is optional if you want speed. Timing: 100% before start preferred; 50/50 or short payoff only if written on the invoice.
Is this a monthly retainer?
No. Fixed week. Ongoing optional later.
Will this replace my employees?
